GELDPILOT24 customers appreciate digital and personal

Many file folders full of financial and insurance documents? Is that still up to date? You are on the road and need access to your contracts?  Our customers have a personal GELDPILOT24 account in which they can digitally find their contracts, data and documents of their financial+insurance contracts. Through an evaluation in traffic light colours, our customer learns how we assess existing contracts, which contracts are missing or superfluous. Printout, downloads of the contracts or contract mail is possible at any time. Furthermore, damage reports, communication with the store partner, damage reports, changes of address.... Paper and long evening appointments are a thing of the past.

 
Online access to insurance portals already exists. However, almost always about a fifth of all German companies are not represented there at present. If you instruct us to do so, we will also place your current documents from these companies in your GELDPILOT24 account. Since these companies do not usually cooperate digitally, this is a much higher effort for us.  However, we believe that a customer wants access to all his existing financial+insurance contracts.

 
GELDPILOT24 partner companies often hear from their many thousands of customers that personal support is important to them, in addition to the digital tools they use. Customers accept however from the outset that the personal date is the exception. As a rule, we communicate with the customer via our own messenger, by telephone or face to face via our GELDPILOT24 video system. For the full digital support of our customers, we have built everything from eBoarding to various eChecks, health issues and all types of contracts in such a way that we can work with our customers to a high standard of quality no matter where they are.
