There are huge differences in the capabilities of financial+insurance brokers and agents. Although the term "exclusive agent", "insurance agent" or "tied agent" already includes the restriction as an explanatory term.  We value representatives. Some of our founders were previously professional representatives.  We met with Marcus Jungnickel for an interview. Marcus is co-founder of GELDPILOT24, store manager and last but not least very successful. Previously Marcus was extremely successful in a financial+insurance sales company as a tied agent for a quasi insurance company. Marcus deliberately changed his status because he repeatedly came up against limits.

 

Why do you have much more opportunities to create customer benefits compared to a sales representative? Can you simply leave your sales department? Can you change your status as an agent? How does it work with new customers? What exactly does the customer gain from not being a representative anymore? Many questions and a worthwhile interview with Marcus who knows both sides.
