We hear this question over and over again when customers switch to us. Unconsciously it is clear to them that it is a difference if you have quickly ordered a TV wrong from AMAZON or made a wrong financial+insurance decision. More and more insurances, investments and financings are clicked fast today. Many of these decisions often take decades to show whether the decision was right. An uninsured nursing case in old age costs up to several hundred thousands of euros and endangers entire livelihoods. 

No matter if we welcome one of the many young customers on board or the elderly with 60 years and older. They are all thrilled that after a few weeks they have a full digital overview, up to date, 24/, worldwide, of all their financial+insurance contracts, no matter where they were concluded.

And then it happens and you are happy to have a store partner or to be able to look for a conversation in one of our future city stores. A few days ago there was another such situation, where our current AI skills did not help us and the customer. Our customer drives a scooter and is run over by a drunken pedestrian during the ride. The consequences are serious bodily injury to the customer and high further damage. Various problems are now taking hold here: How insured is the injurious, drunken pedestrian? Is he even insured? Take out his liability insurance when he was drunk? What about our customer's own security? Accident, BU, daily sickness allowance? In any case, customers already know today that the combination, technical expert, digital platform for many who are themselves strongly integrated, is the optimal way. 

By the way, what was the customer doing first after the accident? Yes, he called his store and they gave him initial tips and immediately took the necessary steps to secure our customer's claims.
