Before founding our GELDPILOT24 platform, we asked consumers worldwide how they envisaged a new type of financial+insurance platform. In both the USA and Europe, young and old alike, respondents want a personal contact person with a large number of companies. Video, online, eChat or phone are absolutely accepted. No more paperwork on damage reports. Applications and signatures can all be done online from mobile phone, laptop, tablet. Nevertheless, most people want a personal contact person. We believe that in the case of major damage, the fully digital damage paid out in seconds is more like story marketing. An insurance company will look very closely at major losses, whether digital startup insurance or classic insurance. If an insurance company does not have to pay for the damage, this is to the benefit of the insurance company or its shareholders. Insurance companies like to formulate it with "In the interest of the entire insured community".

 

We were particularly surprised in Silicon Valley that the respondents there were enthusiastic about the idea of an AllinONE platform.  They also wanted to have a store for important concerns, since some questions were about existence.
