In March 2016, we sat for the first time in San Mateo, Silicon Valley, for talks in the United States. Not far from the headquarters of one of the world's largest fund managers, Franklin Templeton. Our very tech-heavy contacts there surprisingly explained to us that online access to your insurance is not enough for you, but that a personally reachable, non-changing contact person is just as important. In the event of damage, not everything would always be so easy in the USA, and it would quickly become a matter of existence if wrong financial+insurance decisions were made. 


 
Is this different for European or German customers? We ask many of our new GELDPILOT24 customers about this. They answer again and again that they prefer our dual support. Everything goes digital, online but there are also our stores with personal contact persons.  Why is that important? An occupational disability insurance or also KFZ, accident, illness, death, care, pension etc. - insurances can lead fast to many hundred thousand euro requirement to the respective insurance. In the interests of your other customers, the so-called community of insured persons or your own shareholders, an insurance policy will be carefully examined. The examination begins at a point in time which the customer initially does not think of, the application. Was everything correctly stated there?  The insurance company checks: Are we obliged to pay according to our conditions? At this point at the latest, customers appreciate having a professional on their own side in addition to the digital paths to all their contracts, despite all the digitality. And that doesn't cost a cent more than with comparable platforms or agents.
