Digital and personal - we are everywhere

Before founding our GELDPILOT24 platform, we asked international consumers how they envisaged a new digital financial+insurance platform. To our surprise, both in the USA and in Europe, young and old alike, the respondents also wanted a personal contact person if necessary.  The younger respondents in particular accepted that contact was first made via digital channels. Video, online or telephone are absolutely accepted. None of the respondents had any desire for hours of sales talks in the evenings.

We were particularly surprised in Silicon Valley that the respondents there were enthusiastic about the idea of an AllinONE platform, but still want to have a store for important concerns, since some questions are about existence.

Thus the idea was born to position bright, friendly GELDPILOT24 stores at well-frequented locations. One of our stores is the GELDPILOT24 store in Bautzen. It is managed by Petra Dils. Petra has been in the business for almost 25 years.

The fact that you can also discuss undigital concepts as a customer in our stores?doesn't bother any of our current customers, they are enthusiastic about the mix of possibilities.
